2. "The Wedding Planner" has selected the very best florists,
caterers, formal wear, photography, and honeymoon specialists, to
make the day perfect.
Production and services Delivery capability
1. Online sales, trade fairs, and special promotions will be sent
out to instructors and VP's of other Virtual Enterprise Businesses.
The Virtual Enterprise network is made up of over 3600 companies
in 32 countries.
2. Employees will make sure that the reservations for all arrangements
are made for the correct date and the customer will receive confirmation
and all specifications on times and dates in advance.
3. Cost of package plus commission
A. "The Wedding Planner" price for packages includes a
15% commission from partner service providers.
Distribution Network
1. A wedding package is purchased and the sales and marketing department
corresponds with the client via e-mail, phone or in person.
2. "The Wedding Planner" has enclosed a list of nine pre-approved
business partners, including: Betty's Flower, Rumours, King Tux,
Double Tree, Montecito Country Club, Four Seasons Biltmore and The
Timbers Restaurant.
Competitive Operating Advantages
1. "The Wedding Planner" will e-mail specific information
about the wedding package or items that the customer purchased.
All TWP employees are extremely active in the sale of the packages,
giving TWP an advantage over other wedding/travel/formal item
businesses.
2. All employees of "The Wedding Planner" have completed
specific courses designed to enhance their ability to execute
the tasks required of their position.
3. The wedding packages include the cost of the following: ceremony,
hotel accommodations, reception, and any necessities. This total
amount is then discounted.
